3Finalization of session details, inclusions, and exclusions

4Journey Initialization First half of the coaching journey (depending upon the number of sessions finalized)
The coaching journeys have rigor and discipline — actual homework, activities, tools etc. It is ONLY because of these well-defined processes that behavior change happens in coachees.
