Feroza & Co. was founded in 2020 — born out of a sabbatical that became a pandemic, and a moment of uncertainty that quietly whispered: build something of your own.

Behind the company is Feroza Engineer — a psychologist in a family of engineers, who chose people over machines and never looked back.

With a Master's in Psychology, grounding years at Dale Carnegie Training, and over two decades spent inside boardrooms, learning rooms, and coaching conversations across 570+ organisations globally, Feroza brought everything she knew into one place.

Feroza & Co. exists to help leaders, teams, and organisations build trust, lead with courage, and have the conversations that actually matter — the hard ones, the real ones, the ones that sit under the carpet with noise-cancelling headphones.

We work at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, leadership development, inclusion, and performance coaching — through workshops, group and individual coaching, and leadership consulting. Because the most important engineering in any organisation was never of machines or systems. It was always about people.
